Dave Wilson, independent candidate for Washington’s 5th Congressional District, will speak on the topic of “Why & How to Participate in a ‘Rigged’ Political System.”

A former businessman and the founder of Interface Computer Services, Wilson has run twice as an independent candidate for the seat currently held by Cathy McMorris Rodgers. He will discuss how the political system is stacked in favor of the incumbents, impediments to change, and possible solutions. He also will offer advice on ways to meaningfully participate in the political process, including reasons to consider running for office.
